Breast augmentation, technically known as augmentation mammoplasty, is an important surgery that seeks to correct the cases of reduction of the mammary volume, mainly found in women that breastfeeded, that cause that discomfort of a small and fallen mamma. In some cases, besides carting problems of psychic order, decrease of the self-esteem can be observed. The technique used for surgery depends not only on your surgeon’s preferences, but also on your desired results. The incision is small and is usually made in one of three locations; underneath the breast just above the crease; around the lower edge of the areola; or within the armpit. In the consultation with your surgeon will be discussed which the best technique and which volume of it implants her they used. Anesthesia:
It can be regional or general

Surgery:
After having done the anesthesia, we marked the place of the incision and we creates a pocket into which the implant is inserted. This pocket is made either directly behind the breast tissue or beneath the pectoral muscle located below the breast tissue and above the chest wall. The patient stays 1 day in the hospital.

Scars:
Periareolar. Transareolomamilar, inframamary axillary

Postoperative:
The patient stays 1 day in the hospital. Starting from the 7th day we began to remove the stitches. The patient makes use a bra for 20 days, where she should avoid physical effort. The patient cannot make effort with the arms and not to elevate the same ones above the head for 20 days. After 20 days, she can return your normal activities.
